Whether you want to build your own website with a website builder or build your site from scratch, a strong understanding of HTML – the markup language that serves as the basis of the entire web – is essential. In this 3 hour workshop, participants will learn basic layout with HTML, basic elements, linking web pages, and inserting images. The instructor will also cover general document features such as headers, paragraphs, lists, and more.
This BYOL (Bring Your Own Laptop) workshop is for beginners; no previous experience with computer programming or web design is required. Laptops must have a text editor and a browser.
