About the workshop
This two-session workshop is for beginners who are brand new to Blender (a free program for 3D animation). We will get to know the Blender interface, manage pre-made 3D objects, and get to know some important settings. Join us as we build simple 3D scenes together, and animate a camera to create movement. No previous experience with Blender, 3D shapes or computer animation is required! Participants must have Blender and Zoom installed on their computer, and an internet connection.
About Blender
Blender is the free and open source 3D creation suite. It supports the entirety of the 3D pipeline—modeling, rigging, animation, simulation, rendering, compositing and motion tracking, video editing and 2D animation pipeline.
