SUMMARY:June 2020 Frequency Fridays Live-stream: Noisteria Emission (OH)
DESCRIPTION:Due to the Covid-19 pandemic\, the musicians invited to take part in our April\, May\, and June 2020 Frequency Fridays shows had the option to live-stream their performance from home\, in lieu of performing live in Columbus. For our June performance\, experimental electronic musician Rusty Skelding will be performing his solo project Noisteria Emissions. Date: Friday\, June 5\, 2020. Location: http://twitch.tv/thefusefactory. Live-stream begins at 8:00pm. Our Frequency Fridays 2019-2020 season is supported by grants from the Greater Columbus Arts Council\, the Ohio Arts Council\, and the Columbus Foundation. \nAbout the artist:\nNoisteria Emission is the modular synthesizer project of Rusty Skelding of Dayton\, Ohio. The sound is a blend of the bizarre and abrasive. Taking cues from the experimental synthesis of the late 60’s west coast and combining it with modern technologies and approach creates a soundscape that gives a nod to the past yet reaches into the future.
