DESCRIPTION:Josh Goldfarb is a Columbus\, OH-based audiovisual installation artist\, DJ\, and beatboxer\, whose experimental works draw heavily from his interests in technology\, animation\, low frequency sound\, and activism.  His visual works primarily employ the use of multiple CRT displays and meticulously glitched and distorted material in order to further explore the supportive relationship between synchronicity and experience creation.  To him\, glitch art is all about finding beauty in unexpected places…a reminder that patterns can be found in even the most chaotic of settings\, and that sometimes destruction can be a necessary part of the creative process.  \nFactory Streams: Live Vids for Covid is a live-stream concert series featuring experimental\, electronic\, free jazz\, noise\, and other genre-bending musicians based in Columbus\, OH and elsewhere. All of the performances in the series are streamed from our official Twitch account: twitch.tv/thefusefactory.
