SUMMARY:Create a Sound-Generating Solar Cell
DESCRIPTION:About the workshop\nIn this workshop\, participants will create a dye-sensitized solar cell\, which they will learn how to connect to a sound chip in order to generate interesting sounds. Participants will also learn about the history of dye-sensitized solar cells and its use in the creation of future-oriented\, environmentally friendly digital and electronic art. \nAbout the instructor\nThis workshop will be led by Duesseldorf-based researcher Agatha Majcher\, who graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Dusseldorf\, Germany. While in school\, Agatha specialized in environmental technologies and renewable and sustainable energy. She is currently focused on everyday production of green technologies and promoting green energy and sustainable production.
