Workshops usually have very basic space & infrastructure requirements. Imagine your workshop is being held in a classroom. What should the classroom have? (we’ll have desks and chairs, of course)

1. group tables..

2. power: cables, power strips, batteries etc.

3. projection (we’ll have at least one projector for the instructor, but you might want more)

4. electronics tools (cables, soldering irons, breadboards – generic components; we’ll cover workshop-specific materials later)

Feel free to come up with your own requirements.. How large a space we’ll need depends on how many people can attend the workshop. But you’ve already decided that, haven’t you?
