Sentient AV is an audiovisual meetup in Columbus, OH. We focus on community-building and skill-sharing for people interested in audiovisual self-expression. If you are just making music, or just visual art, but want to get started on an audiovisual project or collaboration, this group is for you. Examples of audiovisual projects include audiovisual performance, VJing, art installations, music videos, video art, and sound sculpture. We encourage participation: bring your equipment and share what you’re working on, or come ready to have conversations about your interests and ideas. Tables and chairs, extension cords, speakers, and projectors will be available for use. We aim to be inclusive – all skill levels are welcome. Cost to attend is $5 or pay what you can.
