Power Tool Hacks + Power Tool Drag Racing
Location: The Idea Foundry (2038 Leonard Ave, Columbus, OH, 43219 – directions)

Workshop level: Beginner to Intermediate

Cost: $30 (includes all materials and supplies + registration for drag race)
In this soup-to-nuts workshop, registrants will create a power tool drag racer from scratch out of wood, rollerblade wheels, and routers. They will also have the opportunity to customize their racer using other available materials, as well as any other materials they wish to bring. Participants are also welcome to bring their own power tool, although it is totally optional.
After the workshop, registrants will compete in Columbus’ Very First Annual Power Tool Drag Race. Everyone wins a prize, and winners win an extra super-special prize, courtesy of event sponsors Ohio Power Tool, Skil, C Magazine, C.H. Hanson, and gokickball.com.
